Information Visitors Voluntarily Provide
When you submit a form on our Website, you may voluntarily provide some or all of the following information:
- Name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Property address, city, or ZIP code
- Project type and area of concern
- Estimated budget
- Preferred appointment date and time
- Preferred contact method
- Messages describing your home or project conditions
You should not submit medical records, Social Security numbers, payment-card information, or other highly sensitive personal information through our forms. We do not request this type of information and are not equipped to securely store it.
Technical Information That May Be Processed
When you visit the Website, certain technical information may be automatically processed by our hosting and application platform:
- IP address
- Browser type and version
- Device type
- Referring page (the page you visited before our Website)
- Pages visited on our Website
- Date and time of your visit
This technical information is processed for website security and operation, for analytics only when you have given affirmative consent, and for advertising measurement only when you have affirmatively enabled the Marketing category. See the Cookie and Tracking Technology Policy for details about how these technologies work and how to control them.
Why Information Is Collected
We collect and use information for the following purposes:
- Responding to inquiries. When you contact us through a form or by phone, we use your information to respond to your request and answer your questions.
- Scheduling assessments. If you request a home assessment, we use your information to schedule and conduct the visit, including creating a tentative appointment on our calendar.
- Preparing estimates. We use information about your home and project to prepare written estimates and proposals.
- Providing requested services. If you hire PRCnow, we use your information to perform and complete the agreed-upon work.
- Website security and operation. Technical information is processed to operate, secure, and maintain the Website.
- Analytics (only with consent). When you affirmatively enable Analytics consent, limited page-view data is collected to understand how visitors use the Website. Analytics does not record form entries, keystrokes, messages, names, phone numbers, email addresses, addresses, accessibility concerns, or project information.
- Advertising measurement (only with consent). When you affirmatively enable the Marketing category, Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising Universal Event Tracking (UET) measure the performance of our advertising and, when permitted, support advertising-related features. Advertising storage and Google advertising user-data processing are denied by default, so no advertising identifiers are stored before that choice. When you enable Marketing and successfully submit a service-request form, only hashed (privacy-protected) contact identifiers from that submission may be shared with Microsoft Advertising to measure advertising conversions, as described below. Google Ads receives conversion events but does not receive those enhanced-conversion contact identifiers through this Website. We never share your messages, project details, or accessibility information with advertising providers, and we never share an unhashed email address or phone number with them.
Advertising Conversions and Hashed Contact Identifiers
When you affirmatively enable the Marketing category and successfully submit a service-request form, PRCnow may share privacy-protected (hashed) contact identifiers from that submission with Microsoft Advertising so we can measure which advertising led to your request. Microsoft calls this feature Enhanced Conversions.
- The identifiers are the email address and phone number you entered in that form. We do not read identifiers from any other source, any other visitor, or any stored record.
- Before anything leaves your browser, the email address is normalized (trimmed, lowercased, with accents removed and with any plus-tag or periods removed from the part before the @ sign) and the phone number is converted to international format. Each valid identifier is then hashed with SHA-256 in your browser.
- Only the hashed values are shared, and only with Microsoft Advertising. Raw email addresses and phone numbers are never transmitted to Microsoft, never placed in a web address, never written to the browser console, and never saved in cookies, browser storage, analytics data layers, or persistent browser storage for this purpose.
- Hashing is privacy-protecting, but it is not anonymization. A hashed identifier is still treated as personal information.
- Nothing is sent if both identifiers are missing or invalid. Nothing is normalized, hashed, or sent if you have not enabled Marketing, and your form is submitted normally either way.
- This happens only after a form has passed validation and been successfully submitted and accepted. Typing in, focusing on, or abandoning a form never sends anything.
- Withdrawing Marketing consent stops this sharing for all future form submissions. You can withdraw at any time using the “Privacy & Cookie Settings” link in the footer of every page.
Advertising measurement is separate from the authorization you give us to respond to your request or to contact you by telephone, email, or text message. Declining advertising measurement does not affect your request for service.
Service Providers That Process Information on Our Behalf
We do not sell personal information. However, approved service providers may process information on our behalf to operate the Website and respond to your requests. These providers include:
- Base44 — Website hosting, application platform, database, and form-processing provider. Base44 hosts the Website and processes form submissions on our behalf.
- Google Calendar — If you schedule an assessment, we may use Google Calendar to create and manage appointment reminders. Google Calendar processes appointment information on our behalf.
- CARTO and OpenStreetMap — When you choose to load the interactive map on our Website, CARTO and OpenStreetMap provide the map tiles. Your browser connects to these third-party map providers only after you affirmatively choose to load the map.
- Third-party chat widget — If you enable the Functional Support Chat category, PRCnow uses a third-party AI chat widget hosted at embeddable-widgets.pages.dev to provide an optional AI chat assistant. The chat widget processes chat messages and related information to answer questions and assist with service requests. See the “AI Chat Assistant” section below for details. PRCnow has not independently verified the chat widget provider’s specific data collection, retention, or privacy practices.
- Google — Google Analytics 4 processes consented analytics events, and Google Ads measures advertising conversions. Google storage, advertising user-data processing, and ad personalization are denied by default and are granted only for the corresponding Analytics or Marketing choice. The configured identifiers are G-RHVXB9NLZL, AW-18490627566, and AW-18412547815. See our Cookie Policy for details.
- Microsoft Advertising — If you affirmatively enable the Marketing category, Microsoft Advertising (Microsoft Corporation) processes information through the Universal Event Tracking (UET) tag served from bat.bing.net to measure advertising performance and, when permitted, support advertising-related features. Advertising storage is denied by default and remains denied until you enable Marketing. When you enable Marketing and successfully submit a form, only hashed contact identifiers from that submission are shared with Microsoft Advertising to measure advertising conversions. See our Cookie Policy for details.
These service providers process information only as necessary to provide the services we have engaged them for. They are not authorized to use your information for their own marketing or advertising purposes.
AI Chat Assistant
PRCnow uses a third-party AI chat widget hosted at embeddable-widgets.pages.dev to provide an optional AI chat assistant on our Website. The chat assistant is disabled by default and only activates after you affirmatively enable the Functional Support Chat category through our consent manager. You can enable the chat assistant through the Manage Privacy Preferences tool or by accepting all cookies when the consent banner appears.
When you use the AI chat assistant, the following information may be collected and processed:
- Chat messages and transcripts that you send to the assistant
- Information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, property address, project details, and appointment preferences
- Device, browser, session, timestamp, and usage information where applicable
This information is used to:
- Answer your questions and provide information about PRCnow’s services
- Qualify service requests and arrange follow-up from PRCnow personnel
- Improve customer service and the quality of responses
- Prevent abuse and maintain conversation records
Chat information may be accessed by authorized PRCnow personnel and by the third-party chat widget provider and its subprocessors. PRCnow has not independently verified the chat widget provider’s specific data collection, retention, or privacy practices. You should not submit highly sensitive information, such as Social Security numbers, payment-card information, passwords, medical records, or government identification, through the chat assistant.
You can decline to use the chat assistant at any time. If you prefer not to use the chat, you can contact PRCnow by telephone at 352-756-3038 or by email at info@prcnow.com. You may request access to or deletion of your chat information by contacting us, subject to legal retention obligations. See our Cookie Policy for details about how to withdraw consent.
No Sale of Personal Information
We do not sell, rent, or lease personal information to third parties. We do not use submitted accessibility or project information for targeted advertising. Information you provide through our forms is used only to respond to your inquiry and provide requested services.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Inquiry and lead information is typically retained for the duration of the project relationship and a reasonable period thereafter for business and legal records. Website analytics data, when consented to, is retained by our hosting provider according to its standard data retention practices.
Reasonable Security Measures
We take reasonable measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Our website is hosted on a platform that provides security infrastructure, including secure connections (HTTPS). However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Visitor Choices and Consent Withdrawal
You have the following choices regarding cookies, tracking technologies, and analytics:
- Consent banner. On your first visit, a consent banner appears with three options: Accept All, Reject Non-Essential, or Manage Preferences.
- Manage preferences. You can change your consent preferences at any time by clicking the “Privacy & Cookie Settings” link in the footer of every page.
- Withdraw consent. If you previously accepted analytics or functional cookies, you can withdraw consent at any time by reopening the consent manager and disabling the relevant categories. This will prevent future optional requests and clear optional stored identifiers where technically possible.
- Reject non-essential cookies. The Website remains fully functional if you reject all non-essential categories. Only the interactive map, AI chat assistant, analytics, and advertising measurement will be disabled.
Global Privacy Control
We recognize Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we automatically disable Analytics, Marketing, and Functional Support Chat categories unless you subsequently make a clear affirmative selection through our consent manager. GPC does not disable Strictly Necessary cookies, which are required for the Website to function.
How to Request Access, Correction, or Deletion
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by contacting us at info@prcnow.com or 352-756-3038. We will respond to your request within a reasonable time frame and in accordance with applicable law. To protect your privacy, we may verify your identity before responding to a request.
Children’s Privacy
Our Website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@prcnow.com and we will take steps to delete such information.
External Links
Our Website may contain links to external websites that we do not operate or control. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these external websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any external websites you visit.
Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we may also provide a more prominent notice on the Website. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. If the consent policy or vendor list materially changes, we will request your consent again. On October 23, 2026, we documented Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads, added Google Ads destination AW-18412547815, connected Google Consent Mode v2 advertising settings to the Marketing choice, and raised our consent policy version to 1.5.0. On October 7, 2026, we updated our vendor list to add Microsoft Advertising (Universal Event Tracking, served from bat.bing.net) for advertising measurement under the Marketing category. On the same date we added Microsoft Advertising Enhanced Conversions, which shares only hashed contact identifiers from a successfully submitted form, and only when Marketing consent is granted, and we raised our consent policy version to 1.4.0.
