Who We Help

PRCnow helps North Central Florida homeowners make their homes safer, more comfortable and better suited to the way they live. Our work focuses on home accessibility, safer bathrooms, improved entries, comfortable living spaces and practical residential improvements. We serve homeowners who want to stay in their current homes, families helping parents age in place, and anyone who needs accessibility improvements in an existing home.

What PRCnow Does

Our primary focus is home accessibility and aging-in-place improvements. This includes accessible bathrooms, curbless showers, grab bars, ramps and zero-step entries, wider doorways, accessible kitchens, safer flooring and lighting, whole-home accessibility plans, additions and first-floor living, and accessible outdoor living.

We also handle bathroom remodeling, kitchen remodeling, and other residential improvements. Many of our clients come to us for an accessibility project and return for other work in their homes.

Our Homeowner-Focused Approach

We begin by listening to the homeowner’s needs, evaluating the existing home and identifying practical options. Recommendations are based on the property, the people using the space, project priorities and applicable licensing requirements. We believe in honesty, education, and respect for our clients.

Thriving-in-Place and Accessibility Planning

Every project starts with a conversation. We listen to your concerns, evaluate your home, and help you understand what is possible. From there, we provide a written scope of work and proposal. If you choose to move forward, we complete the work under proper permits and inspections, and we walk through the finished project with you to ensure everything meets your expectations.

We want to be honest about what we do not do. We are not emergency medical equipment providers. We do not provide occupational therapy assessments or medical advice. Our role is to plan and construct accessibility improvements in your home. If your needs include medical equipment, therapy, or services we do not provide, we will tell you — and we may be able to refer you to a provider who can help.
