Cookie and Tracking Technology Policy
Effective date: September 3, 2026
Last updated: October 23, 2026
This Cookie and Tracking Technology Policy explains how Florida Home Performance, LLC (“PRCnow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies, local storage, pixels, page logging, and similar technologies on our Website at https://prcnow.com. This policy should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
What Are Cookies, Local Storage, Pixels, and Page Logging?
- Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. They allow the website to remember information about your visit, such as your preferences.
- Local storage is a browser feature that allows websites to store data on your device for longer periods than cookies. We use local storage to remember your consent preferences.
- Pixels and tags are small code snippets embedded in web pages that can track visitor behavior, such as page views or button clicks. PRCnow uses Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Microsoft Advertising Universal Event Tracking (UET), as described in the inventory below.
- Page logging is a technique that records which pages a visitor views on a website. We use page logging only when you have affirmatively enabled Analytics consent. Page logging does not record form entries, keystrokes, names, phone numbers, email addresses, or other personal information.
The Five Consent Categories
We group all cookies and tracking technologies into five categories:
- Strictly Necessary — Required for hosting, security, routing, fraud prevention, and basic site operation. These cannot be disabled. They do not include analytics, advertising, session recording, or behavioral tracking.
- Functional — Interactive CARTO/OpenStreetMap map and optional third-party features specifically requested by the visitor. The Website remains fully usable if this category is rejected.
- Functional Support Chat — PRCnow’s optional AI chat assistant, provided by a third-party widget hosted at embeddable-widgets.pages.dev. Disabled by default. Only activates after you affirmatively enable Functional Support Chat consent. The Website remains fully usable if this category is rejected.
- Analytics — Base44 page-view logging, Google Analytics 4, and usage statistics. Disabled by default. Does not record form entries, keystrokes, messages, names, phone numbers, email addresses, addresses, accessibility concerns, or project information. Must not activate until the visitor affirmatively enables Analytics.
- Marketing — Advertising measurement and advertising-related features, including Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising Universal Event Tracking (UET). Disabled by default. Advertising storage remains denied until you affirmatively enable this category.

| AI chat widget | Third-party widget (embeddable-widgets.pages.dev) | Operates the optional AI chat assistant, maintains chat sessions, and answers visitor questions | Functional Support Chat | Messages, transcripts, device/browser/session information, timestamps, and usage information. Visitors may voluntarily provide name, email, phone number, address, project details, and appointment preferences. | Microsoft Advertising UET (Universal Event Tracking) — bat.bing.net | Microsoft Advertising (Microsoft Corporation), served from bat.bing.net | Measures advertising performance, including page views and client-side route changes, and, when permitted, supports advertising-related features. How to Change or Withdraw Consent
You can change your consent preferences or withdraw consent at any time:
- Click the “Privacy & Cookie Settings” link in the footer of any page to reopen the consent manager.
- Toggle individual categories (Functional, Analytics, Marketing) on or off.
- Click “Save My Preferences” to update your selections.
- Disabling Analytics, Marketing, or Functional Support Chat will prevent future optional requests for those categories and clear any optional stored identifiers where technically possible.
- Disabling Functional will replace the interactive map with a text-based placeholder containing our address and phone number.
- Disabling Functional Support Chat will remove the AI chat assistant and prevent future loading of the chat widget. A page refresh may be required to fully remove the chat widget from your browser.
You can also clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings. See your browser’s help documentation for instructions on managing cookies and site data.
Global Privacy Control
We recognize Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we automatically disable Analytics, Marketing, and Functional Support Chat categories unless you subsequently make a clear affirmative selection through our consent manager. GPC does not disable Strictly Necessary cookies, which are required for the Website to function.
Policy Updates
This Cookie and Tracking Technology Policy was updated on October 23, 2026, to document Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads, including Google Ads destination AW-18412547815, and to connect Google Consent Mode v2 advertising settings to the Marketing category. It was updated on October 7, 2026, to add Microsoft Advertising Universal Event Tracking (UET), served from bat.bing.net, to the Marketing category. Advertising storage for these technologies is denied by default and is granted only if you affirmatively enable Marketing. On September 3, 2026, this policy was updated to replace the Flowyte chat assistant with a new third-party chat widget hosted at embeddable-widgets.pages.dev. If we add a new technology that falls into the Analytics, Marketing, Functional, or Functional Support Chat category, we will update this inventory and request your consent again before the new technology activates. The consent policy version will be incremented to reflect material changes — it was raised to 1.3.0 on October 7, 2026, to 1.4.0 when Microsoft Advertising Enhanced Conversions (hashed contact identifiers from a successfully submitted form, shared only with Marketing consent) was added, and to 1.5.0 on October 23, 2026, for the Google tag disclosure and consent update — and your existing consent will expire, prompting the consent banner to reappear on your next visit.
